10+ Years Military or 5+ Years Civilian Experience — You have significant leadership experience from your time in the military or have become skilled in sales or operations in the private sector
Grit - You have done hard things and persevered to win
Strong Work Ethic - The only way to win in business is hard work
Attention to Detail - Our process is meticulous, leaving no stone uncovered. If you don't like to dive into the details, this will be very difficult for you.
Capital - You have at least $75,000 in liquid capital or in a retirement account you are willing to tap (You can do it penalty free). Your net worth is at least $250,000 including equity in your home
You Think Big - You don't want to own one location, you want to build a multi-unit portfolio of multiple locations.
